Cowbell Names Klipphahn and Hewerdine to Mid-Market and Claims Leadership

Cowbell named Jessica Klipphahn head of North America mid-market and Stephanie Hewerdine as director of claims.

Klipphahn has more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, most recently as North America middle-market cyber leader at WTW. Throughout her career, she has managed multi-million-dollar books of business across diverse industries, including life sciences, healthcare, and manufacturing. Klipphahn will spearhead Cowbell’s continued expansion in the mid-market segment.

Hewerdine has 25 years of experience working in the insurance industry, where she has supported insurance carriers in litigation and advisory roles. Most recently, she was claims counsel at Coalition and held senior positions at Sedgwick. Hewerdine will support U.S. claims, working with internal stakeholders, external parties and regulatory bodies.

Cowbell is headquartered in Pleasanton, California.

Alliant Human Capital Names Steinhoff as First VP

Alliant Human Capital appointed Drew Steinhoff as first vice president.

With more than 15 years of experience in human capital strategy, compensation design, and organizational effectiveness, Steinhoff has advised private equity firms, portfolio companies, and organizations across diverse industries.

Before joining Alliant, Steinhoff led executive compensation at Lockton Companies LLP, where he was responsible for developing enterprise-wide compensation strategies.
